We provide shipping services to various locations. In the United States, we ship to all 50 states, including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and Guam. We also ship to U.S. PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Internationally, we currently offer shipping to Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, United Kingdom, and UAE.

We are actively working on expanding our shipping coverage to other countries because we believe everyone should have the opportunity to wear Tjolo!

Oh dear! No need to worry. If you have received a delivery confirmation but cannot locate your package, there’s a chance it hasn’t been lost. Sometimes, our carriers may be a bit hasty in clicking ‘delivered’ before your Awesome Scrubs actually arrive, so we like to give them 48 business hours to sort it out. In most cases, they will attempt to deliver the package again the following day. If you still haven’t received your package after 48 hours, please contact us using this link and provide the order number along with the shipping address.

For U.S. Orders:

If you spend $50 or more, standard shipping is free. If your order total is under $50, the standard shipping fee is $6. Express shipping is available within the continental U.S. at a flat rate of $20 USD per order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

For Canada:

Orders of $75 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $75 CAD, the standard shipping fee is $7 CAD. Express shipping is offered at a rate of $15 CAD.

For U.S. Orders:

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days for most locations. Deliveries to Alaska may take a bit longer.

For express shipping within the continental U.S., orders placed before 11 a.m. PT from Monday to Friday will arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT from Monday to Friday will arrive in 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will arrive by Wednesday.

International Shipping:

Standard shipping to Canada generally takes 5-10 business days for delivery.

Express shipping to Canada will arrive in 2-5 business days.

To ensure the security of our shipments, we are unable to deliver to freight forwarding locations.

For all other international countries, the product cost includes duties and taxes. Shipping costs will be determined and displayed at the checkout stage.

Express shipping is available for the continental U.S. at a cost of $20 USD per order, ensuring prompt delivery.

For Canada, Express shipping takes 2-5 business days and can be selected at checkout for $15 CAD.
